EDF Power Solutions North America and El Paso Electric have commissioned the Milagro Energy Center, a 150 MWdc solar facility paired with a 75 MW / 300 MWh four-hour battery energy storage system in Santa Teresa, Dona Ana County, New Mexico, according to a press release. The project, which began operations on September 30, 2025, is designed to supply electricity equivalent to approximately 60,000 average New Mexico households and operates under a 20-year power purchase agreement with El Paso Electric.
