The site provides 24/7 on-site staff, security, parking, and amenities to serve logistics operations around the clock.
Location and Grid Load
The hub sits near the San Bernardino Intermodal Facility, adjacent to Interstates 10 and 215, along the primary freight corridor connecting the Ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach. Approximately 17,000 medium- and heavy-duty trucks operate in the surrounding Inland Empire area. “The Inland Empire is where freight from the Ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach gets sorted and sent across the country by truck and rail,” said EV Realty CEO Patrick Sullivan. “Fleets operating here are doing some of the most important and demanding work in the supply chain.
